Imported from Holland, Volette TH Elite is an extraordinary powerful mare. Her dam line is simply one of the finest in Holland producing many famous International Show Jumping stallions and DUTCH NATIONAL CHAMPION MARES. Volette shows effortless scope and flawless technique over fences and her modern exterior combined with her huge stride and elastic ground covering gaits make her the complete package, she is very impressive!

Volette was awarded Ster in Holland with a top placing in her class and successfully passed the IBOP mare test. In addition to these achievements, Volette passed the same veterinary x-ray exam requirements of KWPN stallions to be granted PROK by the KWPN.

In 2009, we presented Volette to the KWPN for evulation, the jury honoured her with the Keur predicate. In conjunction with her successful PROK certification she was designated as an Elite mare by the KWPN jury.

During the 2009 KWPN Keurings in Holland, Volette’s striking three year old daughter Bolette TH [Indoctro x Pacific x Jimtown] received top marks across the board for confirmation, movement and free jumping to earn the Ster predicate. Bolette also successfully passed the veterinary requirements for PROK with the KWPN.

For 2011, Volette is confirmed back in foal to Olympic Ahorn! This very rare expected foal, the full sibling to our sensational 2010 colt For Ahorn P, is sold in-utero to Australia!

Sire
Volette’s sire Pacific won the Stallion Test in 2000 and he obtained the highest points in years. He received for jumping 9, 8, 8.5 and 9 and for gaits 7.5, 7, 8.5 and 7.5. This made him the best jumper, best all around and the winner of the stallion competition. His sire, Corland, proved himself as a breeding stallion and was awarded the predicate Keur. In his pedigree, you will find the ‘Preferent’ stallions Nimmerdor, Joost and Courville xx. They sired many international show jumpers and stallions with names like: Ahorn, Jasper, Renville, V.I.P. and Goldenbridge.

Pacific's mare line descends from an imported Holsteiner mare, which is bred out of a strong breeding and performing family. The black grand-dam of Pacific, Aresa Lady, is ‘Preferent Prestatie’. She produced the international show jumper Intermezzo. The dam of Pacific is the black ‘Preferent’ mare Joyful Lady, who performed twice in the National Mare Test. She also produced the approved stallion Radisson.

Pacific successfully competed at the International level with his rider W.J. van der Schans. They were one of the most winning combinations in the young horse classes at the European shows.

In 2005, Pacific won the final and a qualification class at the International Young Horse Competition at Bremen, two classes for 7- 8 years old horses at Hachenburg, 1.40m Helsinki, 1.35m Mierlo, 1.30m Meise and 1.35m Haaksbergen. In addition to all these victories he also placed 2nd at a 1.50m class in Oldenburg, 3rd & 4th in Donauschingen, 4th 1.40m Leeuwarden and 4th 1.40m Gijon.

Mare Line
Volette’s dam line is one of the finest in Holland, producing many famous International Show Jumping stallions. Her dam, Polette, is a full blood sibling to Edminton. To date Polette has produced several Ster offspring by the stallions Orame and Pacific.

Grand-dam Colette jumped successfully to 1.40m level and produced the International Show Jumping stallion Edminton. VDL Stud foundation mare, Shoraya ‘Keur Preferent Prestatie’, is Volette’s great grand-dam. This famous mare line has produced the top stallions Great Pleasure, Pessoa, Montreal, Aldato, Calato, Matterhorn and many famous jumpers such as; S.P.Deka, Ishan and Oraya.

The DUTCH NATIONAL CHAMPION MARES; Zancara ‘Keur Preferent’, Diancara, Dehlia ‘Keur Sport Jumping & Sport Dressage’, Wildroos ‘Keur Preferent Prestatie’, Firette and Elysette are all products of Volette’s dam line.
